Where do we focus?
Content Moderation & Interaction Management
We verify that the information published in our clients’ sites is correct and aligned with the corresponding internal and external policies or regulations. In addition, we moderate these sites’ end-users’ interactions, and respond to their inquiries.
We publish and/or design content in CMSs, landing pages or other platforms, therefore helping our clients reduce their operational load. We work with WordPress, EPIServer and our clients’ proprietary platforms.
Digital Service Desk
We assist our clients’ end users with registrations, cancellations, and inquiries, ensuring fast, reliable and satisfying customer experience, optimizing business support processes, and facilitating customer loyalty. We offer a centralized approach (omnichannel) so that end users have a seamless online experience whether they connect from a desktop, mobile or a different device.
Digital Onboarding & Compliance
We welcome and assist users registering and completing documentation for special programs that require validation of the information and documents presented. In addition, we offer support (validating information, updating and upgrading guidelines) in KYC and other Compliance processes, as well as fraud prevention in payment platforms and marketplaces.
