How did the combination of Arbusta and Mercado Libre begin? Arbusta, through markets mechanisms, enables equal employment opportunities for youngsters who did not have job opportunities, as they were overlooked by the market. The technology market requires people who do not exist, while looking for them always in the same places.

Arbusta has a special methodology for looking at overlooked talent. MercadoLibre is one of the first clients who trusted Arbusta and one of Arbusta’s principal clients nowadays.
