Four operations centers –one in Buenos Aires, one in Rosario, one in Medellin, Colombia, and a forth in Montevideo, Uruguay–, 25 worldwide clients, 330 employees, another 440 trainees, and an office which grows at full speed in the heart of the Buenos Aires neighborhood Abasto are the milestones of this company, born with the help of the incubator Njambre and which now speedily flies on its own.
“We focused on revealing young talent being overlooked by the community, by creating specific job opportunities”, explains Paula Cardenau, cofounder of Arbusta. Federico Seineldín, another founder, points out that “from scratch, it was conceived as a model aimed at the concept of social or impact company” and currently it is “a competitive supplier which challenges itself to sophisticate its services and listen to its clients.”
With software, data and digital interaction services, the company has a clients portfolio which includes companies such as Mercado Libre, Disney Latam, Natura, Fox Networks, L’Oréal, Valtech, ZonaProp, ZonaJobs and Rapipago, among others.
